Delivery & Returns Policy

At Sam's Cost Plus, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping, returns, and exchanges policy for a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.

Delivery

We offer local delivery wherever possible, as well as established delivery routes that we follow. We offer delivery to Phoenix (as well as surrounding areas including Apache Junction, Glendale, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, etc.) and Casa Grande every Tuesday. We also offer delivery to Benson and Sierra Vista every Wednesday. We currently offer delivery to Three Points on alternating Thursdays. Our delivery minimum is $500.00, but while we do deliver cigarettes, they do not count towards the delivery minimum.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Please call us with any incorrect, damaged, or dry products. Most dry tobacco products, damaged products, or defective products 

 are able to be returned, but proper authorization is required. 

All returns must be authorized by Sam's Cost Plus before being brought back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and may refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.

In the case of errors on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will accept all returns with proper documentation of error.
